We piloted prefabricated bathroom wall panels to lock in dimensions and details early, assemble with precision in a stable environment, and deliver just-in-time for installation. The results were clear: reduced walking distances and site congestion, streamlined logistics, improved productivity, and better team morale.

The lessons are just as valuable. Prefab requires tighter tolerances, sharper logistics, and cultural buy-in, but the payoff is worth it: faster installs, fewer surprises, and safer sites.

A centralized tote program underpins this approach. By digitally tracking small but critical components (such as door hardware, lighting, and bathroom accessories) we reduce guesswork, tighten control, and keep installation moving without stalls.

Scaling prefab from bathrooms to risers, corridors, and service zones…creating standardized kits that make assembly faster and more predictable.
